When do I have to go to the Salon?

We will let you know about 15 minutes before your turn comes. That way you will have time to come to the Salon.

What do I do if I can't go to the Salon?

If you can't come to the Salon, modify your reservation and choose another day and time.

What services are available in the Salon?

The services you can avail of are: styling, cuts, children's cuts 0-12, root color, full color, highlights, partial highlights, treatments, intensive treatments, manicures, long-lasting nail polish, long-lasting nail polish (application and removal), upper lip hair removal and eyebrow shaping.

Can I take a turn for tomorrow?

Yes. You can request a turn to come within the next 7 days.

How do I know when my turn is approaching?

We will notify you via the app. Don't forget to have internet activated on your mobile!

What do I do if I miss my turn?

If your turn comes and you are not in the Salon, don't worry, you don't have to take another turn. Come to the Salon with your original turn and we will attend to you!

Can I take a turn for 2 or more people?

No. You can only take your turn. If you want to take a turn for 2 people, invite your friend to download the app.

How can I pay?

You can pay in the Salon with cash or credit/debit card.
